1. Booking and Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability of therapists and spa facilities.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, giving prior notice wherever possible.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full charge of the booked service.
• Refunds for prepaid services are processed at our discretion based on booking policies.

3. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatments.
• Day Light Thai Spa reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Hygiene standards are strictly maintained; disposable sheets and towels are used for each client.

4. Use of Services

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
• Day Light Thai Spa is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on premises.
• Therapist selection may be requested but is subject to availability.

5. Website Use

• All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Day Light Thai Spa and may not be copied without permission.
• Users are prohibited from using the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• We may update website content, pricing, or policies without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Clients accept that massages and spa treatments are intended for relaxation and wellness; results may vary.
